Paybis Withdrawal Guide


Paybis withdrawal method allows withdrawing VRA tokens as fiat to your personal bank account, card, e-wallet etc. While Paybis is our trusted partner, it operates independently from Verasity so make sure to check their Terms & Conditions prior to using the service.


In order to withdraw fiat with Paybis you need to:


  1. On the main VeraWallet screen press the ‘Withdraw’ button in the top right corner.
  2. Select the “Withdraw with Paybis” option.

  1. On the next screen you will need to fill in the details for the withdrawal:

    • Enter the amount of VRA you would like to withdraw.


    • Select the currency you would like to receive your withdrawal in.


    • Choose the preferred withdrawal method (such as a credit to a card or a SWIFT/ SEPA transfer) and enter the details for the withdrawal e.g. card number, BIC/SWIFT code etc.




      Please note that for different currencies there are different withdrawal options such as a withdrawal to a bank card, SWIFT transfer, SEPA transfer, Skrill etc.)



  1. During the first withdrawal Paybis will ask you to confirm your email address. On this screen you need to enter the 6-digit code that was sent to your email.



  1. When you make your first withdrawal, Paybis will ask you to complete identity verification. This verification is performed by Paybis and is not the same as identity verification on VeraWallet. If you have verified your identity on VeraWallet before, you will still need to go through this step to ensure the security of your withdrawals with Paybis.

The identity verification can be completed either on a PC/laptop or a smartphone. It requires submitting a short selfie video in real time, so the service will need access to your camera (if you start the verification on a PC, there will be an option to switch to a smartphone for a selfie video).


For identity verification Paybis will ask you to provide the following:

    • Citizenship (residence) and Residence address 


    • A clear picture of the identity document (if the document has information on both sides, then you will need to take a picture of both the front and back side of the document).

    • A short selfie video. When you enable the camera, you will need to follow some simple on-screen instructions.



  1. After you have successfully completed the identity verification, you will be directed to a VeraWallet screen where you need to confirm the withdrawal.



  1. Now the payment is processed by Paybis. In the menu in the upper right corner you can check the status of the transaction. You will also see the withdrawal transaction in your 'Recent activity' section on VeraWallet.

Now it’s done!


When Paybis has successfully processed the withdrawal, the funds will arrive at your destination account. Please note that some of the withdrawal options such as bank transfers may take more time to be processed.


After the successfully completed identity verification, Paybis will not perform further email and identity checks again. You can also save your card / back account details for future Paybis withdrawals.

Fees are taken on the Paybis side. To check the fees for your country and the selected withdrawal method please refer to Paybis documentation.


Make sure to select VRA as the token for withdrawal. If you select any other token, you will get an error message.


Note that Paybis services may be unavailable in some countries. If you face any issues with service availability, please contact Paybis support to make sure that service is available in your country.


In case your withdrawal is declined, Paybis support team will contact you via email regarding the refund of your tokens to your VeraWallet account. You can also text Paybis support team to clarify any details about their service.
