Can I use a VPN or Proxy?

Using a VPN or Proxy to access your VeraWallet does present the risk of being marked as a suspicious user by our system.

Although you might not be doing anything wrong you are using a small pool of shared IP addresses, and someone may have previously used one of those IPs to do something wrong.

If you use VPN or Proxy, we recommend turning it off prior to accessing your account, completing your reset 2FA or KYC.
